Some people say that a monkey already runs the USA. ;D

Seriously though, humans are more advanced than apes (monkeys have tails and are less advanced than apes so I assume you actually mean apes). We have advanced to such a point that it would be impossible for apes to even catch up to us, let alone surpass us in complexity and advancement.

Apes have been shown to be able to learn other languages such as American Sign Language but they lack the ability to modify their vocalizations to "speak" another language (which is often associated with advancement). This is only one example of how far behind us they are.

We can assume that humans are going to "evolve" at the same rate, if not faster, than apes so the gap between us and other apes will only increase over time.

No. Because apes won't let them. And since Gorillas and Orangutans are vegeterrians, I'd say it's mostly baboons we have to watch out for. Chimps and Bonobos are omnivirous, like us (not surprising since we are ninety eight percent genetic matches with chimps; we should not be in separate genuses), but hopefully the close relationship with our cousins would prevent them from eating our limbs, if they triumph over all the other apes. Monkeys, be they cappuccin or spider or another spieces, don't stand a chance.

OF COURSE!!!!!!!!
these ppl are all mentally chalenged...humans are already teaching monkeys sign language and how to count in our testing faciltiys and because humans are already "perfecet w/need to evolve" the monkeys shall. They will grow smarter and more intelligent and supress their intelligence to learn from our current technology and one day surpass us to RULE THE WORLD.
I doubt they will tear our limbs and eat them because most apes are animals that dont necessarily eat huge amounts of raw flesh.

you have been watching the planet of the apes to much. and the answer to your question is no and the person who said our DNA is close to a monkey is dead wrong, the only animal on earth that has DNA close to a human is a PIG. that's why scientist are injecting human cells into pigs so the human body does not reject their organs when they are transplanted into humans, there are cases where hearts, livers from pigs have been used in humans with little rejection.

Monkey's are really smart but no.god has made them inferior to humans.Humans are smart enough to keep them in check.as long as we don't do crazy experiments to expand their brain power to make them smarter or talk or something , we should be fine.

they might in about a thousand years or so live among us if we give them the chance, but they are mostly vegetarians. the worst they could do to us is transmit a disease.

no they are evolutionary inferior. We will be the ones to eat THEIR brains (when the food runs out, just before we all die)
