I usually go to www.tabcrawler.com for all my tabs and chords. I checked their listings under "Cocker, Joe" but there wasn't any 'A Whiter Shade of Pale'. However, an available function of the site is requesting the needed tabs, which may help.

There are several versions of this song. I had luck starting with a version of one of the artists I could find and then changing the time signature or the key to get a closer match Crocker's version.
