Personally I like Angel better, but choosing him won't get you the best answer, be creative and don't list facts about the two, give me opinions only and scenarios that you think they would win in.

Angel. Vulture has decent arial skills, but he cant compete. Firstly, vulture's wings are mechanical and easily damageable. So, when flying around New York, Tooms definetely has the offensive capabilities, he would jsut be outsmarted by the faster, more agile Angel. Plus, if its Archangel were talkin about, then were gonna be reading about the Vulture in tomorrows obituary.

He's young. The Vulture is about a thousand years old.

Angel. Vulture maybe more experienced but Angels wings are lighter giving him more speed and manoverbillity whereas Vultures wings are robotic and canbe easily broken off
