"original equipment manufactuer"
It means that the headphones are supposed to be part of a packaged deal with whatever computer you're getting. They can't legally sell them independantly. If you have problems with the headphones, you're supposed to call the company that sells the computer, not the ones that made them.

Something like 'Original Equipment Manufacture' or something. It means it comes with other hardware and therefore at a lower price.
