i live in gated aparment building. yeat gang members steel make there way in. what bothers me is that the police can't drive in anymore so i think when we call them they don't even bother. my manager knows what is going on but don't seem to do much about it. who do i file a complaint with?

this is a very serious question so please. gang members dealing drugs and we have kid's here. we need to protect them.

why should i let them run me out of my place i pay taxes and why should we let them live in confort with there gang zone. if nothing is done they always win. and everything will just keep going on.

Depending on where you live the situation could be entirely different--in the USA most cities have a city council or an equivelent--on this city council--your particular area of the city (your district or zone) has a representative or councillor---that is the person that you need to impress your problem on--these people are elected and should be about the peoples' concerns--they have the power and the leverage through their position to have the police answering to why they don't bother in your situation--do not let them side line you--a great deal of the time people in these positions learn how to tell people "I'll look into it"--"we're doing what we can" etc etc to just get them out of their way---demand a follow-up reporting of what they're doing and how that is proceeding--it is your right and they know this---hope this helps and good luck settling your problem

Hi Kitty, I think, go to a pay phone, and tell them a bank inside the premises is being robbed. They love a hot pursuit... Of course, how silly, they don't have a bank, now do they....
Seriously, get a purse full of money, head for the gate, and leave a trail of paper,out, and then go like hell, get some smoke behind your heels..park at the nearest Police Station. oops...

i would suggest arming yourself to the teeth. teach your kids how to defend themselves you learn to defend yourself get a guard dog that will attack on command. however i would just move
