Impossible - anything you'd try contains huge risks on your skin appearance and your total health!
Perhaps an artist sees a possibility creating something else of the tattoo existing by modifying.

laser is probably the only way and even then it might not work. it depends what color your tattoo is and how old it is. I have a tattoo on my wrist and i went to 4 sessions and believe me - NOTHING HAPPENED TO MY TATTOO. Its still there, certain little tiny spots of it faded a bit but nothing more. My tattoo is 2 years old. I'll try again in a couple of years, meanwhile try covering it up with tattoo makeup.

Ok here's the thing a tattoo is permanent you cant remove it yourself, but if you don't want anyone finding out about it try to cover it up with makeup or powders that are your skin color.

Find a magic marker, (skin color works best). Color the tattoo. You'll never see it again.

You can....call a laser surgery center and make an appointment. That is what you get for getting a stupid tatoo.
