Play the scratch card games often. Only the riches card(I forgot the whole name of it. It's been so long since I've played on neo).Also do all the dailies. Don't buy your pets food. Learn to do some simple HTML or what not and sell your services. When you sell stuff in your shop, sell it at good prices. Join a rich guild and learn from the best. Make lasting friendships with rich people and help others. Donate stuff you don't want and you will get alot more rare events.
