Some green teas do contain caffeine and some do not. Unless it says on the box, you have no way to know.
I suggest checking the box and if it doesn't say, then go to the store and find a brand that DOES have it labeled.
Most lemon teas are herbal and caffeine free, but again you want to reference the box to be certain.
Just because you are pregnant doesn't mean you have to change your whole life, just make some small adjustments.
And if you can manage to continue with those adjustments AFTER the baby comes, you will feel much better overall (what is up with them serving coffee with hospital trays anyway?).

Tea has caffeine in it. You definitely want to limit your caffeine intake while pregnant. Caffeine is a stimulant and increases blood pressure and heart rate. You don't want high blood pressure when you are pregnant because it lowers the supply of blood to the placenta, and therefore your baby doesn't get as much blood and oxygen. If you drink coffee and/or pop (soda!) during the day along with the tea it isn't great during pregnancy, but a cup of tea now and again, especially if you don't consume many other sources of caffeine won't harm the baby. Good luck during the pregnancy!!

No, things that are bad to comsume while your pregnant are any kind of caffine, anything with fish in it, and vitamin C pills (they can actually cause a miscarriage), some girls take them purposly instead of having an abortion. A friend of mine miscarried and later found out it was becuase of Vitamin C pills that she was taking.

not too bad. Tea has levels of aluminum in it though, which can lead to brain deterioration over time. Just be careful.
