My period was due a week ago and now I have a very very light, brown period. I took a preg. test the other day when it started, and it was negative. I got in a fight Sunday and right after it started, so I cant tell if I'm sore ( like when your on your period ) from the fight or if I am on my rag. But what would make it soooo light?

My diet is very bad!!! Maybe it is that or u think the fight would make u bleed?

It could be implantation bleeding. If it was light brown and very little of it. Or you could have a chemical pregnancy.
