Two online pharmacies keep calling my home and won't stop. My niece bought her online prescriptions from them but she hasn't lived with me for a year and hasn't done business with them for two years. I've asked them repeatedly to take my number off their lists but they just hang up on me. I have caller ID. How can I get them to stop calling me? It's been going on for over a year now. Thanks.

I am having this same problem on my cell phone, and after calling the phone company, there is nothing that I can do. I was being called 3 or more times a week for about 6 mos. when finally I got fed up with it, and now everytime they call, I verifiy who it is and then shout as loud as possible "F^$% YOU" (you could say something else) and now they hardly call at all-maybe once a month. I still would like to find a better answer and will keep checking back to this question.

Canadian Online Pharmacy Calls

Just don't answer the phone when they call.
Another thing that we have on our phone is called Privacy Manager. It is available probably through your home phone company. It eliminates telemarketers because it makes them state their name to come through on your caller ID before it comes through, and unless they state their name (which 50% of them won't) they can't come through. Check it out it might help. Otherwise just keep politely asking them to take your phone number off of their list.
I had the same problem with an online pharmacy before though they had different people send me e-mails when I never used their company before. Finally they stopped after many spam reports. Just keep your cool and be patient.

I think I have been successful in getting my number off the list but required some effort relentlessly called them hundreds a times a night for several nights --now It was helpful to have a 2 line system -where I switched back and forth--they threatened to kill me or blow my building up but I think by the end last night they had enough --I spoke one a guy who seemed like a manager --who promised to take my number off--I warned him if I got another call --I would start up my annoying calls that tied up his people --helps to have a quick redial but you have to be driven for hours a night--in the end I think it will be worth it if I can stop the calls for rest of my life--I also tried a air horn in their ear --but that didn't seem to phase them --I did try in some of my calls to insult the women who answered --but mostly I just called and hung up as soon as they picked up--they did try the reverse on me --but I of course didn't answer---I do believe this tactic will work --if you annoy them and interrupt their business flow --that will stop the calls --Good Luck

Go on line, and sign up for the national "Do Not Call Registry". It takes about a month, but eventually, the telemarketers will go away.

I am so tired of cussing these people out. They call 4 or 5 times a day. I cuss them out and they keep on calling. WTF
