You seem to be looking for something to be discriminated against. If you miss your payments whether white, black, purple or green, they have the right to discontinue their services to you.

Sounds as though they gave you at least a couple of breaks and YOU chose to not do what is right and that is pay your bills on time.

And yes I have the right to say this as I am Native American and damn proud of it and I don't feel discriminated because I pay my bills on time if not early !!

We're only getting one side of the story here so no one can judge the situation. We're all discriminated against one way or the other. I'm an older married lady and some people just want young people to get in their jobs. You're either too blonde, too old, too young, too fast, too slow, the list goes on. When it comes to financial stuff we have to be on time with it as it affects our credit rating.

Technically, if you were breaking the rule and they refused to cut you a break, it's not discrimination. Now, if you had proof that you were doing everything correctly and by the book and they were still refusing you service, THEN you could complain about discrimination-MAYBE.
discrimination is hard to measure, and even harder to prove.

You were at least late by a FEW times, then you only say one or two. I'm sure if it was only one or two, they'd be a little more willing to help, but I bet it's more like 5 or 6 times and they're tired of it and will no longer "carry" you.

Well, I don't know the case. But it's difficult to expect non-discrimation in an area of not following rules - like paying late.

There is no right for breaks.
