im pretty sure everyone who owns tony hawks 4 only came with one disc
i know mine did

When I got it,it contained 1 CD.

Lucky you - I was a huge fan of that game. So much time I put into it. I'm pretty sure you enter them at the main menu cheats section. I think it's under options. Enter them there (Like disco mode, etc...) and they should be on the in-game menu!
