don't think you can - you'll have to get a replacement sim card, the phone serial number is the imei whereas the puk code is for the sim which is seperate.

You click on my user name and click on "Contact Me" or "Contact The Techie" then you tell me your mobile phone network and I'll help you out.

You can get a PUK code but you shouldn't need your IMEI number.

This one is easy just get in contact with your service provider and they will give you the PUK code to unlock your SIM

the code should have come with the phone, if you don't have it i would phone the phone company you are with and see if they can help you, if you give them enough details or the password you gave when you bought it (if you gave them one) they should be able to tell you it, they'll need the IMEI number probably
