i have this really good guy friend..and he's liked me all year. then he like asked me if i wanted to go to the movies -x-men3 dont worry-...and idk what to say. i don't really like him BACK...it's just that i wouldn't MIND going out with him. anyone?

Go see this movie. It's very good and would be a fine experience to share with someone nice and kind. Neither of you should have any expectations of the other. Just have fun and try not to worry so much about issues over which you have no control.

If you don't like him in the same way as he likes you, then you should be honest and tell him so. Going to movies and stuff is going to lead him on for nothing.

Nah, don't give him the wrong idea.
You also might accidentally end up liking him back (just because he likes you) and not because you truly like him back. He could end up growing on you like a fungus, and that's a bad thing.
