As in all tournaments the home team captain(the first named on the fixture - in the World Cup, they're alphabetical) tosses the coin and the away team captain calls

I guess they toss a coin to see who gets to toss the coin but them they would need to toss a coin to decide that and again and again.

I'm confused maybe they just arm wrestle to decide who gets to toss the coin!

Teams are designated to be home or away teams, im not sure how thats decided, but i assume the away team decides what to call on the toss.

its already decided, the team captin always tosses the coin,for example david beckham would toss for england!
