I've had a stomach ache, started with vomiting and diarrhea, now on 3 weeks ago. I still have diarrhea and I'm not really eating a whole lot. I went to the doc and they did a "sed rate"- it was normal, but the diarrhea will not subside and I found that my stomach gets very upset with any food. Now I'm weak and my glands in the front of my neck are swollen!! I can't afford doctors visits right now... any suggestions???

The first question is what did u eat before this whole thing began? Whatever you ate before this began could be a clue to what you might have. Second, I suggest you drink lots of water, gatorade, and eat popsicles with real fruit or some vitapops or something. Also, try getting some Pepto Bismol or any medication for an upset stomach. Also, it that doesn't stop the diarrhea then try Immodium. Note: that if this has been going on for 3 weeks, and you glands are swollen its obviously a serious infection, and I think you need to see a better doctor.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

You might have salmonella, a stomach virus that can last a few weeks. Eat plenty of soft foods (NEVER EAT FAST FOODS OR HARD FOOD) and drink lots of water. Salmonella usually comes from uncooked chicken or fish. See if you can get an anti-biotic treatment. Get help NOW before you become dehydrated!

You cannot continue in this manner. You need medical help. A doctor will work out a payment plan if necessary. Go get help - you don't want this illness to get worse.
