Did anyone see on Jay Leno..."stuff on Ebay”. A brussel sprout left over from Christmas dinner sold for quite a bit of money. Well, I was shopping the other day and I found a potato in the shape of a perfect heart. Could I sell that?

Absolutely! Just phrase the auction title correctly to be sure people find it. You might also want to spend the extra money to get it 'featured' so that people might see it without searching for "potato" "heart" "mutant", etc.

If you post it, let me know the item number so I can have a look and see how the auction goes.

I am always trying to think of crazy things to put on eBay not necessarily for the money, but just to see people's reactions and to have fun. I once sold a Ouija board game and made up this whole back-story about how it is cursed and every time I get rid of it it shows up again. As a special bonus, I included a 'scroll with an ancient curse.' This was merely a piece of paper bag with all of the edges burned off, I wrote the word 'sh*t' on it and rolled it up and tied it with an old piece of twine.
It was an obvious lie, but funny to read and got lots of funny reactions. Some people were actually offended, but some almost wet themselves reading it. I didn't get alot of money for it, but more than it cost me!

My mothers and fathers used to do a great sort of promoting on Ebay and a great sort of the time they could seem to cutting-edge activities to settle on what to purchase. that they had a fantastically huge number of books, political and activities memorabilia. they could see what politicians, activities figures or activities have been interior the information and could sell something that they had that replace into appropriate. i think of that what sells on Ebay is probable an ever-changing ingredient.

I've seen "weird" things on ebay that has sold. Someone's garbage is somebody else's treasure...or something like that.

Upload it and see if anyone buys it. The most important thing is that you describe it well and use a lot of good keywords that people might "see" it. It's not about the item being on ebay..it's about potential buyers being able to find it.

Yes. I bet theres one on there now lol People list these weird things, knowing theres people out there who will buy them just to say "im the one who bought this off ebay!"

example- that qb ben roethlisberger, got injured in a motorcycle accident for not wearing a helmet. well i heard somebody auctioned off like a brown paper bag, as a joke, saying it was a "replica of big bens helmet" in the crash. i heardon tv that the bidding was over 200$ lol

theres alot of bidders who like being "the ones" who bought the crazy thing. so the strager things youmight think off, the better sometimes.
