If you are using IE you need to clear it out there. I have IE 7 and its a different lay out or I would give you step by step sorry. I would suggest using firefox www.getfirefox.com its much easier to use and very user friendly.

Simple!
Follow these instructions and be happy, ok?
Open Internet Explorer - go to Tools (top menu bar) select Internet Options - and when the dialog box appears, take a look at it, ok?
The dialog box will default to the General tab....
In the second section - Choose 'Delete Cookies' then Delete Files and when the next msgbox appears, tick the box for 'All Ofline Content'...ok...when that is done....go to last section (History) and set History to 1 day .....then Delete History.
If you don't want ur partner to see where you have been....delete the files (shortcuts) in the 'Recent' folder, which is found in (normally C:\windows\recent folder

Don't click on them to remove them. This could add adware or spyware to your computer. You need a pop-up blocker. I use Secure IE. I very seldom get a pop-up unless I give them a site that pop-ups are OK.
