There are two possibilities here.
1) He recorded them before he died and the song is only now being released.
2) Voice-over technology. That was used recently to record Nat King Cole singing 'Unforgetable' with his daughter- though he's been dead a long time.

Even though he is dead there is still a lot of stuff that he recorded before his death that was recorded but never released to the public. His beneficiaries, those who can still make money from his talent even though he's gone, then sell these previously unreleased works to the record companys.

beacuse he recored tracks before he died and there were a lot of tracks that he did that never made it on his albums.
