I will let someone else tell you how to build it.
But, think about this.
Have you thought about what the humidity is going to do to your house and furniture? Mold? Insects?
My uncle made this mistake and it ruined a huge room.

try looking on www.hgtv.com - I saw someone build one on one of their shows with copper pipe and a sheet of glass, but it splattered a lot of water everywhere until they got the right pump.

you need a lot of supplies like rocks, tarps, dirt, water pump, etc. but if you have an idea of what you want to do, im sure your local home depot could help you out.....good luck
