It's not weird at all. A lot of music from that time period is a lot better than the songs played on current radio stations today. I bet in 30 years we'll be talking more about music from the 1970s than today, because so much of it is more memorable than today's music.

You could do lots worse, my young friend. Personally, I haven't heard but a few bands since the 70s that have impressed me much. If it means anything, my son, who is 17 and plays a mean guitar, digs that old stuff too.

IT'S NOT WEIRD AT ALL. CONSIDER YOURSELF SPECIAL, NOT MANY PEOPLE NOWADAYS APPRECIATE CLASSIC ROCK. I'M 24 AND HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO CLASSIC ROCK SINCE I BEFORE I COULD WALK. MUSIC ONLY GETS BETTER WITH TIME, ENJOY IT!!!! CLASSIC ROCK IS AWESOME. ! PINK FLOYD & THE DOORS ARE ONLY TWO OF MY FAVE BANDS. KEEP ON ROCKIN AND DON'T LISTEN TO WHAT ANYBODY ELSE SAYS.
