For a realistic answer, it must be a resounding no. The probability of keeping something that fundamentally society changing hidden from the world is extremely small. To many people involved. Even during the height of secrecy, there were thousands of workers in and out of facilities there. None of them have credible stories of aliens.

Of course, this assumes you don't believe in the NSA's mind control satellite...

Area 51 was founded as an Air Force base involved with the White Sands nuclear testing grounds. Later, experimental planes were designed and built there...SR-71 Blackbird, F-117 stealth fighter, B-2 stealth bomber, etc. These aircraft were just so freakin' weird when people saw them that they figured (being the intelligent, scientific, unemotional people of the 1950s-1960s going through the Cold War) the aircraft must be from another planet. If you look at the sightings of UFOs around Area 51, and you check the dates of test flights, they line up exactly.

there are no aliens at area 51. there is no such place as area 51, it does not exist. No spacecraft have ever crashed or landed in New Mexico or elsewhere in the United States, and at no point has anyone in the U.S. Military or any other government agency made contact with life forms from worlds other than our own.

Parking rates are too high at Area 51, so aliens have been going to other locations right now.

The funniest thing, I was watching a show about that yesterday! Well, it seems logical. Many people have claimed of seeing UFOs and stuff like that. But, maybe they are just coincidences. I personally believe that some other life force other then humans and animals live somewhere in the big universe. Just think about it, God could not of only made us and leave the rest of the universe blank. There are some things out there that we will never know of.

no. aliens are not in Area 51. they aren't even near Earth. see, not all stars have planets, not all stars with planets have planets capable of supporting life (as we know it).

on Earth there was at least 5 mass extinctions and each was more than capable of stopping life dead in its tracks. we got lucky on Earth, but other planets may not have been so lucky. now look at how long it took for intelligent life to evolve on Earth (i consider intelligent life things like language and tool creation/technology). we cannot travel very far in space at all (only a few hundred million miles, which is nothing compared to how vast the universe is.) and we have been around for about 2 million years so far.

that means that if you have a star, you might have planets. if you have planets, maybe one can support life (as we know it). if you have a life supporting planet, there is a chance that the life will survive multiple mass extinctions. if the life survives those extinctions, then something intelligent might evolve. if that organism lasts long enough, they may start space travel. they might advance enough to travel to earth, but whats the chance of them finding our tiny planet in this vast universe?

Who knows, and who really cares?
Let say hypothetically that aliens visting our planet crashed and were stuck in Area 51. This fact does not affect the world at all. Unless the aliens attack our planet, thier presence would not affect our lives, unless you are a endo-centric moron. (Endo-centric means to think that your beliefs are absolute and that no other explanation is possible)
