First be realistic.

NOT everyone is between a size 3 and a size 10.

Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables and healthy meats limit processed foods process foods are anything is a box or a can.

Make mealtimes special the WORST thing to do is eat in front of the TV you lose sight of how much you are eating.

The more you enjoy life the BETTER you look and feel.

Losing weight is a lifestyle change and tell yourself that you are FREE to eat and enjoy food God has given you.

Diets DONT work. You need to be happy with WHO you are as a person NOT how much you weight on a scale.

Model weight loss is WAY overrated losing weight will not solve all your problems.

The best way to lose weight is to realize that it is a journey NOT a destination.

The best way to lose weight is to eat an Organic diet and include loads of fresh fruit and vegetables preferably raw, the Gillian Mckeith way of eating is very good as a beginning. However the use of synthetic chemicals has been directly linked to obesity, so stopping the use of all products that contain chemicals is a good thing to do. this has always been hard till now as even supposedly "natural"organic products are full of dangerous carcinogenic chemicals and the body can only store them in the fatty tissue causing, yes you guessed it cellulliteas well as a whole host of other dis-eases, very frightening! I have been using a range from Australia and it is the worlds first 100% certified organic, to food standards, ie; you can eat it! It is the most fabulous range and they also do the worlds first and only certified organic probiotic, which is essential for detoxing and weight loss. If you would like details of the wesite please email and let me know. It is a mine of information, i was totally stunned when i went on it and learnt what other cosmetic companies are allowed to put in their stuff and now i only use their products! My skin looks fabulous i feel fabulous and have more energy than ever before, so it's well worth a looksee! Plus it is not expensive at all, so thats a major bonus and they give you phat discounts if you order over a certail amount. Very cool!

The only good and safe way to lose weight is a reasonable diet and regular aerobic exercise. Your goal should be to lose about 1 kg (2 pounds) a week and KEEP it off for the rest of your life. Extreme weight loss in a short time will only set you up to gain it all back and more. That's why they call it yo-yo dieting.

Exercise and alter what you eat. Dieting doesn't work. Dieting makes you fat. Whatever you take off by following a 'system', you'll end up putting more back on. Simply change how you eat. Move away from processed foods. Eat more vegetables and fruit. Drink a lot of water. Take the stairs instead of the lift. Try and exercise for 40 minutes at least three times a week.

Well, depends on various factors really! I would advise you to eat healthier and exercise. DO NOT crash diet as believe me these do not work. If you are overweight then the weight will usually come off easily by simply improving the quality of your diet (i.e. more fresh/raw food and less sugary/processed foods).

A diet plan I would recommend is the weekend off diet. This means you should eat less and more healthily monday through friday and then eat what you might like on the weekend. And don't forget exercise to stop loss of muscle tone.

You basically lose a pound a week on average;

You don't have cravings for weeks and months on ends for the foods you are denying your self;

You are treating your body with respect by feeding it correctly most of the time;

A diet I might follow would be something like this:

Monday - Friday
Breakfast: large drink of smoothie/fruit juice/milk/yoghurt drink
Lunch: egg or meat sandwich with plenty of salad
Snack (after work): as much as I like of fruit and veg with a green tea
Supper: smaller than normal portion of whatever is on the menu!

Weekend:
Pretty much whatever I would like within my normal daily energy requirements (though it's like feasting following five days of less)

On monday I usually feel ready to go back on the diet as I may feel I had too much sugar or whatever on the weekend.

Hope this helps; this has worked very well for me recently!

Get ito a routine that you enjoy, and you can stick to for life. Eat 3 meals a day, enough to fill yourself up, but stop when you have had enough. These meals should comprise mostly fruit and veg, a little protein and a little carbohydrate. Only eat between meals if you are starving. Then, it should be fruit only. Find an excercise you enjoy, and do it for 1/2 hour every day, for the rest of your life. Nothing expensive, walking will do the trick! This method will work and keep you slim for life. Good Luck!

You don’t need to exercise for long periods of time. Short, sharp sets of exercise will produce better results when you work hard. Get a bypassing rope, skip for two moments, do push ups for 60 seconds or so, skip for two minutes, rest for starters minute. Then change the push as much as something else like sit ups along with do the set again. Repeat it five times and it’s a fast, effective workout that will recover results than a long function or swim.

I would say the best way is to do easy exercise to begin with and cut down on your food sizes gradually, this together will help you feel less depressed and have more energy, plus with cutting down the food sizes you are not going on any silly fad or crash diet and so not missing out on the foods you enjoy
