yeah from my sister. It does at times. She pushed me down emotionally so much I'm finally allowing myself to shine my trueness today.

I don't have resentment but my sisters do. They resent all the time my mom spent with me when I had all my surgeries. To this day they still talk about it like it is my fault that mom wasn't with them and they are in their early 50's. You would think they would get over it. I know I didn't plan on having my nose messed up in a car wreck just so I could go to the hospital. Yes it affects me greatly!

Of course I do. Childhood sucks. You're very short, and EVERYONE tells you what to do. Then you grow taller, and realize that just because people tell you what to do, doesn't mean you have to do all of it. Then there's puberty. I wouldn't go through all that again if you paid me. Frankly, I'm glad to finally be an adult. I can still have all the same fun, but my destiny is in my own hands. Even the bad parts of childhood helped me grow into the man I am.

I do. My mother gave me away, and treated my sister like a princess. I still let people step all over me.

Because for some people they may let it go and for others they may try to let it go but seem to always think about which means it probaly upsets you more and more each time you think about it .

I do.. broken home and all... lots of bloody violence, to young to stop it.. it eats away at you as the years go on if you keep repressing it.
To this day, I cannot stand confrontation nor violence, especially on women or kids.
