Actually, yes. If a blood vessel in the testicle is ruptured, he could bleed to death if he couldn't get to a hospital (and be in major agony if he could!)

I still go to school and this guy kicked another guy in the balls, and he had to go to the hospital. He is still alive but he has no more balls. So if I were you I would try. But If you want to excperiment with it i say Try it.

Yes, you can. It can twist the balls inside the sack and cut off blood pressure. You have to call 911 or he will die. This is not a joke.

maybe like for girls it hurts when you hit us in the boobs and chest area but for guys in the balls he could maybe go to the hospital.

i don't think so, but DON'T DO IT!!! it seriously hurts all over your body, and its not a joke, you can lose your balls. some guys vomit from the pain.
