Well, depends on your taste in music...I know iTunes has all those radio stations in it somewhere, but there are a lot of artists pages on myspace who stick their songs on it. If you happen to be into electronic music, there's a bunch at di.fm

try launchcast, on yahoo music,
you choose what bands and songs you like, then they get played, and new music is also recommended to you
