he filed assault report on her, she went crazy and jumped in front of his car, scratched him all up and was smacking him around, now shes turning around and saying he gave her a black eye, he hasnt seen her in days so we dont know if she hit herself or is just being a ***** but want to know what we can do if anything.

If you need to be involved with a boyfriend with baggage, then you have issues, or some terrible need for drama in your life. There's nothing YOU can do because it doesn't involve you. He'll have to go to court and settle it there.

You need to stay out of this till the court is done with it, as a gf you have no legal standing here. If the court finds he did assault her he is probably going to get locked up. One doesn't get a black eye from jumping in front of a car or scratching someone up, and self inflected black eyes are not something that happens.
Watch out, I can almost promise you, you are going to be to be next one filing a police report for assault after he pops you one too.

You should definitely file a report, this is harassment. Not only will the police have a talk with her, but this will go down as a history of harassment, which you'll need in case you want to press charges at a later date. Save all her voice mails and messages she leaves for you and change your number again.

This is what you can do. Go to court get a form saying she can't be 100 ft or 200 ft near you. If she does you can call the police. Or you can go to the police and ask to speak to a police officer that deals with weird o girl friends. Your not one of them but there are some in this world. Say that you saw her hitting your boyfriend snd that she is trying to get back at you for going to the police and filing a comlant. Also say that she is crazy if she is.

r u sure she filed the report, if she did, the guy can file a false report claim on her, saying she lied and file charges on her. if none of this is true, tell him to stay away from her. i know about them texas guys, i had one briefly last summer, they can be addictive

the thing you maybe can do is talk to her but if that don't work just take her to court and make sure you have proof that she did that stuff to your boyfriend or maybe you should just move to a differnet city

well, it really depends. if she has legible evidence maybe.how long ago did he break up with her because if she said that happened when they were dating and it was long enough for a punch to heal than she definitely hit herself.
