Hmmmm, I think that they are classics because they were perfectly cast the first time, which makes it a bad idea to recast/remake any of them.
And I would not want to be that Stefany girl when Whoopi gets ahold of her. Whoopi as Mammy???? Good God, that's just asking for trouble.
But if I must, how about Baby Jane with Brittney Spears and Christina Aguillera?? Would love to see them knock the crap out of each other.

I wouldn't, todays stars are **** compared to the older ones.
Christ, I'm so offended that you would even SUGGEST Christina Aguilera for Ingrid Bergman. She can dye her hair blonde and go for the "Marilyn" look all she wants, but it doesn't change the fact that she has zero class. That is what today's stars are lacking most, class.
