How do you get a Tungsten E2 PDA to bluetooth connect to a Samsung sch a950 mobil phone?

Just put them in range of one another. Set them both to 'discovery' mode and let them find each other.

Don't have an exact answer, but I would probably let the "Phone" find the "PDA".

Do a device discovery search from the phone, and make sure the PDA has the bluetooth enabled.

I had a bluetooth phone find a hand held barcode scanner that way.
