I met up with some mates today and the subject of sex came up.
my best friend told us about a work mate who was bitching about a mate who had asked her if she has desires when it comes to sex.

We got into a disscusion and the question i want answered is why do people have a fear over sex. My friends and i are very open about lots of stuff i guess thats why we get on but other people in our circle are very uptight about the word sex.

Aint sex a normal part of life, is it so bad when someone admits they have desires????

doesnt everyone have secret desires

everyone has secret desires, but some are so sheltered about them...mostly from they way they were raised, or things they have experienced in life...soem just feel like sex is only for the bedroom.

The only thing I see a potential problem with is that it's with work contacts. I'm the first person to talk openly about sex with my friends. It's an interesting subject to me, just like philosophy and spirituality. However, I never discuss sexuality at work, as you never know who you're going to offend. And at work, this is very important.

you have to be honest and open about anything with the person who you're with! Yes, sex is a normal part of life! Maybe they're uptight cuz they have been raped in the past! Yes, we all have sexual desires!

Sex is normal but it is a topic that people discuss with friends or people they are comfortable with. You don't talk about sex to someone you've met for a few hours, a few days, or a few weeks.

Sex is something personal and people don't just talk about it as if they're talking about coffee or something.

people shouldn't be ashamed of sex......yes it is a part of life....if it weren't for sex we wouldn't be here. do u want kids now or in the future? u shouldn't be a baby! if u r afraid of sex then grow old living alone with 50 cats(or dogs) and jack off wit them every night.

it is a normal part of life but some people are not open to talking about it publicly as you as your friend are...certain things should be only be discussed with people you trust and know will not judge you for saying what you are talking about....
