Options:
1. Be born to a very rich family. Note that this is difficult to achieve retroactively.
2. Meet and marry somebody rich. Beware of prenuptual agreements.
3. Win the lottery. This requires exceptional luck and that you buy a lottery ticket.

you usually have to work to achieve a goal. u should try to work and NOT BE LAZY. if that doesn't work out then u are going to be living with your parents for the rest of your life. so the answer is NO.

Isn't that what we all want? I would say it is only possible if you win the lottery or you invent something that takes off quickly. If you find a way please let me know!
