Very beautiful in Italian. The word is bellissimo with "bello" meaning beautiful and then with a suffix of "issimo" added to it. Moltissimo or tantissimo means very much. Bruttissimo means "very ugly". Benissimo or bravissimo means "very good."

Very beautiful. In Italian, "bello" is "beautiful", "issimo" is an augmentative, making "bellissimo", "very beautiful". But if it's being said about a woman, it should be "bellissima".
