It's a tricoastal film. A true story. I can find information on the movie itself but not a release date. Does anyone know?

i spoke with Marcie at the production company, Tricoast, about the movie "The Pet". She said that it got a great reception at Cannes and they are hoping to get a distributor for it soon. She asked that we flood their e-mails with requests for the movie at
thepetmovie@tricoast.com so that they can pass along our messages. She said you can also go to www.myspace.com/thepetmovie and post messages requesting the release of the movie. If no distributors show an interest in the movie, they will eventually offer it for sale on their website www.tricoast.com on dvd.
