I think if I only had one moment to speak.. I would spend that time with my girlfriend. I'm not a great singer, but she likes when I do, so I would definately sing a song for her.

I would tell my sister and kids that I love them. I would tell my husband that he is the light of my life and one of the best things that has happened to me. (even though sometimes he is a pain in the @ss)
