I don't really understand your rant.
You are pi**ed because David Koch won't write to you?? That Sunrise doesn't pay attention to your emails and do a story on your ideas (do you know how many emails they must get like EVERY day??)
Or because the medical system classes stroke victims the same way no matter when they stroke?
