I currently live in a different country and i'm from the US, I've been marriaged for 3 years now and have 2 kids, but i don't want to be with him anymore and i don't know how to tell him without him fliping out and totally srewing me with the kids and me going back to the US. We fight all the time and i just don't want to be with him anymore Please help

If you want your kids than you will have to come to the US. Why don't you do that come here tell him you want a divorce file for it and take your kids with you to where ever in the world your staying.... cuz if your not here and the kids are with the father than he will get the custody cuz ur not in US.
As for telling him walk thru the doors look at him and just tell him how you feel and that you want to be out of the relationship and make sure you have ur kids passports before you let him know otherwise he can keep the kids and you will end up staying in the states till the divorce is finalized.

I dont know how to answer this one. Why dont you want to be with him anymore? If he has not been cheating on you or abusing you or the kids you really should not want out of the marriage.

I think in it is easier if you are living away from each other for more then a year. So file for divorce. If you are not expecting any maintenance then that will be more easier.

ok, just file the papers he will get served and he will have to sign the papers. thats the best way i can give it to you, or just tell him that you want the divorce without hurting him. he should understand
