I usually wear tampons but sometimes, when I am at home I would wear pads too. So far Always with wings has been my favorite brand. They stay in place and the absorbency is great.

"Always" is a good kinda pad and wings is the best cuz u dont have to worry about it going any where.

i use stayfree, ultra thin with wings. they never leak and i have heavy periods.

kotex thins are pretty good i used to use them until i thought about sitting in my own blood all day. they are thin and un noticable
