If you go off their current form, and have the match in Germany, I'd say Mexico 3-2. The US showed plenty of spirit against Italy, while Mexico slumped a bit against Angola, but more than likely Mexico will be in the next round and the United States won't. If Mexico beats Portugal soundly, that could propel them to a long run in the knockout stages.
