Did anyone have good results with laser treatments for spider veins?

I havnt had it for spider veins, but I am doing it for hair. I'm pretty sure it's the same laser and it works GREAT. I go once every 3 months for a whole year and then afterwards I will go once a year.

I did on my face, but it did leave a little pock type mark.
