To remove oil, I use dish detergent. Put a drop of detergent on the stain and rub for a minute, then launder as usual. Detergent is safe for most fabrics, cotton incuded...it's saved a bunch of my husbands dress shirts!

Try Greased Lightning.Works on all kinds of grease and oil.Look for a store that sells restaurant uniforms.They sell products that will remove grease from uniforms(the toughest kind)

Put Tide directly on the stain and let it soak the machine wash.

Trash it and buy another. Cotton tshirts are cheap at WalMart, KMart and Target.

Try using a grease fighter, like dawn dish soap... or i have always heard that hairspray works...
