I am a 36D with good posture, and no back problems – so I know what I am talking about.

No. Big boobs do not cause back problems. Some girls with big boobs who have back problems claim that their boobs are the source of their problems, however, there are – statistically – just as many girls with small boobs and men who also have back problems.

Big boobs CAN contribute to a back problem if a girl is not wearing a properly fitting bra AND there is a cause for a back problem, such as some sort of trauma, or poor posture. That is to say that if you are a girl with a back problem, you should not blame your boobs – you should blame your posture, or your ill-fitting bra.

If a girl with big boobs has back problems, and she straitens up her posture and gets a properly fitting, properly supportive bra, most if not all of her back problems will eventually fade away... AND her bra will not “dig” into her shoulders, or otherwise hurt.

Big boobs will give you back problems if you hold them low. Keep your back straight and your chest up, and see the pain dissappear

They put your body out of balance, altering the way you carry yourself, so the answer is yes. They also cause painful grooves from the straps cutting into your shoulders, causing shoulder and neck pain. They don't have to be huge to cause either....just big enough to put you out of balance.

Yes, I had to have a reduction because my back and shoulders constantly ached and to this day I have postural problems.

Yes. because breasts are made up of fatty tissue which can be quite heavy, so the larger the breast the heavier.... more weight for the back to sustain.......
