My favorite actor is Dustin Hoffman, because I believe he epitomizes what an actor is supposed to be. He can do any role and make it believable. Think of him in
Midnight Cowboy. or
Tootsie. or
Hook. or
Rainman.
There are soooo many, and he just amazes me with what he can pull off, how he really becomes the role he's playing. He doesn't often take the easy roles that any old actor can do, he looks for the challenges, and I appreciate that.
As for my favorite singer, I don't even know his name. It was the guy in the Broadway version of Evita, who sang "Don't Cry for me Argentina." His voice simply took my breath away every time I heard him sing. Just incredible.
