Is this a good town to raise a family?? I heard Roswell has alot of gangs??

I don't know about gangs in Roswell but they have a military school which is where me and my husband met...a long time ago lol!

Hobbs is not as infested with thugs and gangs. it's a nice place. but every town has it's problems.
