Our use of certain chemicals destroy sections of the atmosphere.
Creation of cement cities lowers the natural beauty!
Nuclear tests are changing regions.
Professional fishing eliminates kinds of sea life.
and so on!

Not in the course of time and creation. Even though warming and pollution and the extinction of species are very real issues, if you look at them over the course of 6 billion years (the age of the earth), these are almost non-existent on the timeline. If anything, we are merely accelerating this period in the earth's age and will end up in another ice age a few million years sooner than if we didn't exist in the first place. earth is resilient and will shrug humans off like houseflies and then we'll be replaced by a new species...

Not really. The planet hardly knows we're here. People who are upset by what man has done to the planet are actually complaining about the change in the quality of life for themselves. We could uncap all of the earth's oil wells, explode all of the nuclear weapons in all of our arsenals and set fire to all of the forests on the planet, and the earth would shrug it off in a few hundred thousand years. The earth is very, very old. it has seen the rise and fall of many, many species. We're just another in a very long chain.

negative effect:
depletion of ozone layer..
global warming
changing of weather patterns leading to melting of polar ice caps and floods
positive effect:
man has made this planet worth living!

I believe they've had more impact then the average hump back whale, but not as much as say the sun, moon, or meteors.
