I don't think it really matters anymore, it used to be if you're a guy the right ear was gay and the left was straight, maybe both ears mean bi??? Just kidding, it just means that you have both ears pierced, I don't think people read into it much anymore, not like they did in the 80's.

One ear, two ears, both ears whatever. Pierced ears don't mean a thing and in the right places the right earrings also. Many of us gals can wear elaborate styles of earrings, but now the rub... Guys especially with both ears pierced look very effeminate with dangle styles of earings or large to oversized colored hoops. So it's not so much the holes it;s what you put in them ! =)

it doesn't mean anything. if you're a guy, piercing left ear is ok, piercing both ear is ok, but piercing right ear means you're gay.

when not only is your left ear pierced but your right one is too. but in a guy i would say that he is gay expecially if he wears hoop earrings.
