Is it easy to cross the border of N. Korea to China?

Is their border like mexico with mexicans running across everyday?

It is relatively easy to cross from N. Korea to China, but getting from S. Korea to the north is much harder. There are fences spanning nearly the entire length of the border and guards from both countries patrolling the border.
