I have been wondering the same thing-but I have come to a conclusion...I don't think there is a safe way to. You never know what or who the person might be .like they could be like a serial killer or rapist or something. do u wanna b my friend??lol

finding friends online is easy, begin with just asking lots of questions about things your interested in. Then reply to some of the answers you get, and before you know it your going to be getting to know people and making friends. Good luck!

ask aroud if anyone wants to be your friend, ask them what kind of things they like. if you don't like them b polite and say no thanks or dont e-mail them and soon they will leave you alone.
