depends on where the jealousy was derived from on the first place. once you know where it is coming from and why then you can sit with your partner and discuss it. but that is the main thing is that the issue has to come out into the open to be resolved ... otherwise you will just let the jealousy build inside of you and that is never a good thing.

Get a grip. Jealousy is a waisted energy!! A person is going to do what a person is going to do.

jealousy drains you of much energy...Use that energy for "fun" things. Say to yourself, what good does it do to be jealous? He's either faithful or not and you being jealous will not change that. If anything, it may cause him to stray.

You have to look within yourself and find out what makes you jealous. If there are old feelings that you are holding onto that cause you to be jealous you have to let them go. Jealously is one of the worst things that can ruin a relationship of any kind.

if its a feeling of addiction that you think he may not love or like you anymore even though he loves you more than anything in this world, then i would recommend some therapy or counseling. if you sometimes feel suspicious about the person, maybe you should talk and express the way you feel and what's it doing to ya.

Seek counseling and help for it and try to change. This is the only way.
