heyyy girls i wanna know which tampon has more protection? Tampax Pearl or Playtex Gentle Glide?

I like both products. If you are unsure about protection especially on a heavy flow day, you might want to wear a thin panty liner with your tampon to make sure there are no spills.

I like Playtex Gentle Glide the best. I prefer playtex over tampax because tampax tends to be bulkier and the applicators are never as comfortable. But tampons have no effect on PMS, though.

My flows are irregular, sometimes heavy, other times light, but whenever I use Tampax it's always Playtex Gentle Glide, It doesn't irritate me at all and it feels very comfortable, and whether or not it is a heavy flow I wear it with pantyshield just to make sure that nothing catches my clothes and it works for me, I once tried another brand and before I even left the bathroom it started to irritate me, and I am positive that I fixed it properly, which is very important.

Girls menstruate which is why they need tampons. PMS is a side-effect of menstruation. Personally I like Playtex Gentle Glide. I get the mixed box of Supers and Normals.

Be careful with tampons. Some studies show that tampax pearl fall apart inside you and can cause internal problems.

I have not found any that I like or do a great job. But, I hate pads, sooo what do you do? You use Tampax Pearl and a light day panty liner. :( However, I am not a heavy person. It may be different for each person....
