If 4 cars approach the intersection at the same time, one going North, one going south, one going east, and one going west, who has the right of way?
This is going to be on one of my driving tests, so please help.

The ones with the green light. Remember this turning right...right of way.

Make a cross on a piece of paper, like the red cross sign. Mark North, South, East, and West at each end. IMagine yourself as the car coming from the south, headed north.

Using south as the basis point, right of way goes to the car on the right, which would be the car that is going TO the west.

This assumes that all 4 cars arrive simultaneously.

Hope this helped.

The one who stops first. If they all stop at exactly the same time, then you yield the right-of-way to the person on your right. If no one takes the right-of-way, then all four people sit at that intersection until they run out of gas.

Seriously, the answer is somewhere in your drivers manual. Read it over very well before you take your test; the information you get online is not always reliable.

The answer is:
... the driver may proceed after a complete stop and after yielding to any vehicle that is to the right of the driver and has arrived at the intersection at the same time as the driver.

I'm not positive but I think it depends on what state you live in because there are exceptions to the "right of way" rule.

The eastbound car would have the first right of passage.
